You Have No Right!

Sun Nov 29, 2009, 4:46 AM
Has anyone ever insulted your family, your best friend or the one you love before? Have you ever felt the need to strangle the person to say that?

I've felt that today. And boy, I was so ready to kill the person who said it on sight. But good thing that it's a Sunday and I'm at home.

It's okay if you have a problem with me. Say whatever bad thing you want about me 'cos I don't give a damn BUT if you go and insult my boyfriend, You. Are. So. Dead.

What does he got to do with your problem with me?! You are so bloody irresponsible, you know that? Not telling us where you went then blaming us for not informing you about the tutorial. Hello, I don't know where you went! How on earth do I inform you?! You automatically assumed that I knew where you were. No, I don't.

And it's days since the incident and you had to bring it up on a nice, quiet Sunday evening on Facebook. Even though you're not communicating with me directly, you're still talking behind my back, I can see what you're typing on other people's walls, you idiot.

But I am not going to waste my time, my emotions and feelings replying back to you. Yes, I'm angry at you but I'll walk away from that now.

Seriously, insulting my boyfriend is really low. What does you missing a tutorial got to do with me meeting my love online?

Imbecile.

Still Surprisingly Fit

Fri Oct 30, 2009, 8:07 PM
So after almost 3 years of not taking a physical fitness test, I undergone one yesterday. I passed with a silver and I managed to not walk and give up in the 2.4km run-walk since I suck at long distance running.

My arms and thighs are all sore as a result of not exercising much. =P

I managed to do a mind blowing 14 inclined pull ups which a lot of effort. I had no strength left to do a number 15 and just promptly laid on the floor. I sat up and banged my forehead against the thin, flimsy metal bar. Ow.

Sit ups, 30 in a minute which is good and I could also feel my stomach being flattened through the rest of the test. Heh.

Sit and reach, 49cm which is quite good as usual.

Standing board jump, 168cm. I jumped longer than my own height. Awesome. Had a classmate who took pics of us mid jump which is somewhat impressive and unflattering at the same time.

Shuttle run, 11.8s. Could have been faster if I didn't pause too long to pick up the blocks and put them back down.

And my long distance run, 15 min 44s. I thought I had 1 more round to go but the tester asked me to clock in. Alright then.

Now excuse me while I collapse in bed to rest out the worn muscles. I think I should exercise a little more often so I won't end up with tired arms and legs the next time.

What Is Smart Casual?!

Wed Oct 14, 2009, 4:18 AM
I really want to strangle whoever invented this dress code. To me, smart casual seems like formal to me but it's not so formal but you still got to presentable and hence, "smart".

Aye. I'm going crazy over this. I've seen pictures of my seniors wearing "smart casual" and it's mostly like office and business wear so I'll be following suit...

I've got a pair of black business pants, a nice white shirt with not so obvious vertical stripes and a pair of heels which are not high at all. Now, I don't know whether to match it with a black or a grey jacket. Wiki is driving me crazy 'cos they say black means too formal. -_- But I feel the black jacket matches with my pants... *knocks head*

I google more images and find "smart casual" to be office wear. Why don't they just say office wear then? Smart casual is driving me crazy. I feel like it's okay to wear a nice red turtleneck with my black pants too.

*sighs*

Well the seniors formula has been tried and tested... I'll just follow suit then.

I'm gonna look real handsome. Heh.

G'Day From Australia!

Tue Sep 29, 2009, 11:38 PM
I'm in Australia right now. To be more exact, Alice Springs. It's in Central Australia and the environment is desert-like. Very warm and dry. Too warm & dry that my face is peeling. =( I'm spamming a lot of face moisturiser on my face now. Good thing my classmate brought some and everyone's using it.

Last night in the desert here. We'll be going back to the cold of Adelaide tomorrow and Melbourne on Sunday. It's freezing! I was almost blown away by the wind in Melbourne. That's the first time it happened. It rained tiny ice crystals too. I don't know whether it's big enough to be called hail. Hmm.

Right now, I'm not overly happy with the trip nor am I disappointed. It's neutral.

I saw a kangaroo for the first time today that I didn't realise I stepped into a puddle of mud while attempting to get close to take a picture. *hop hop*

Ah well, I've got internet connection which is good, I can still connect to my friends and family. The bf... Busy as usual so I am a little sad we can't really talk much even though I'm so far away and needing some company.

The food portion's here is huge! I can't finish it. It's such a disappointment to waste good food. Why can't the servings be smaller? It's a good thing we're sharing food so it won't be so hard on our wallets.

Anyway, I'm a little tired so I'll rest now.

Later.
